PronovaMedical B.V. (‘Pronova’), established in the Netherlands, develops, acquires and in-licenses branded, non-prescription medical, consumer products and markets these products through its extensive distribution network.

Pronova was founded in 1997. In that year Pronova started with the development of its first product: Wartner®, an innovative medical device for the removal of warts. In the beginning of 1998 Wartner was launched, first in the Netherlands and subsequently in France and in the UK. Currently Wartner is on the market in about 35 countries.

In 2003 Pronova has developed a non-toxic headlice lotion, Licatack. This is a natural headlice lotion which is tested and proven very effective and safe. Currently, Licatack is on the market in whole Western Europe.

Pronova focuses on marketing and sales. The manufacturing of its products is outsourced. The success of Pronova is based on its skills and on its network of distributors. Currently Pronova has five products on the market: Wartner, WartnerPro, Licatack, Prevner and Tickner. Pronova plans to yearly bring at least two products to the market.
